Fund for Excellence – helps Freeman Health System meet the greatest healthcare needs.
Bill & Virginia Leffen Center for Autism Fund – supports the program and operational growth and development of the Center.
Chaplain’s Patient and Family Assistance Fund – provides direct aid of patients and families of FHS who have verifiable needs for assistance with meals, transportation, prescriptions and fuel expenses.
Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals Fund – helps local families provide medical care for sick and injured children, and supports Freeman pediatric and children’s services.
Cornell-Beshore Cancer Institute Fund – supports programs and initiatives for the growth and development of Cornell-Beshore Cancer Institute's focus on treating patients and providing education to families.
Dialysis Patient Assistance Fund – provides direct aid to dialysis patients of Freeman who have verifiable needs for assistance with meals, transportation, prescriptions and medical equipment.
Heart & Vascular Institute Fund – advances cardiology care by providing emerging diagnostic technologies and support services for comprehensive heart and vascular care.
Helping Friends Mammogram Fund – provides mammogram screenings and screening education for women with limited financial resources. Assistance includes diagnostic mammograms, ultrasound, and camisoles for patients undergoing mastectomy surgery.
Freeman Neosho Fund for Excellence – helps Freeman Neosho Hospital meet the greatest healthcare needs.
Maternity Services Fund – supports the enhancement of maternity services through a variety of prenatal education classes and ongoing comprehensive education.
Nursing Education Fund – advances the education of Freeman Health System RNs. Items covered may include:

Ozark Center Turnaround Ranch Fund – supports the program and operational growth and development of Turnaround Ranch.
Palliative Care Fund – provides educational or support materials for patients and their families when they are making end of life decisions. Covered items may include:

• Support materials for patients/families during their hospitalization
• Other items as approved by the Palliative Care Coordinator and nursing leadership
